Coastline Roast started as a rusty Kombi on Sunshine Beach in 2018 — one grinder, one machine, and a chalkboard that blew over most mornings.

Six years later we're a full cafe on Hastings Street. Still roasting our own beans on a Probat out the back. Still opening at sunrise. Still greeting most customers by name.

The pastries are baked next door. The eggs come from a farm in Cooroy. The view has always been free.
