We buy from Mooloolaba trawlers and local line fishers most mornings. If it's on the board, it was swimming this week.

Hand-battered
Beer batter mixed fresh through the day, dipped to order, and cooked in clean rice bran oil. Grilled options always ready.

Served in paper
Wrapped hot in butcher's paper with a lemon wedge, so it travels the hundred metres to the seawall perfectly.
